I've been collecting comics, attending comic conventions, and keeping up-to-date on comic book news for almost 20 years. Oh, and I've got a Batman tattoo.

Just your average, run-of-the-mill Star Wars geek who used to watch the original movie over and over on Betamax back in the 1980s.

Ah, delight. The original Voltron toy from my childhood at a scant $70.

Donnie Darko Frank the Bunny 12" Talking Figure

For people interested in creepy, toys

GreatWhiteSnark`s rating:
I didn't even remember that the Bunny spoke in Donnie Darko.

Now that I know: that's got to be the creepiest toy I've seen in at least, oh, I don't know... a week.

Batman Powerwing Laptop

For people interested in comic books, batwing, batman, dark knight, toys

GreatWhiteSnark`s rating:
Batwings make anything 47% cooler, even a glorified children's educational toy that teaches spelling and math.

I want to get one just so I can chuck it at things like a batarang.

G.I. Joe / Cobra Commander 12-inch Figure

For people interested in comic books, gijoe, action figures, toys

GreatWhiteSnark`s rating:
I'm not big with the toy collecting--I admire from afar rather than pay the hefty entry fees for admiring up-close--but there are plenty of figures out there that are wicked-cool enough to talk about.

What I particularly like about this rendition of Cobra Commander is that he actually looks like a bad-ass, rather than the whiny, tantrum-prone beeyotch he so frequently presents.

Sideshow's also going to have an exclusive version with a Cobra staff with a concealed blade. And everyone knows there's nothing cooler than a concealed blade. Except maybe secret passageways.

Transformers: Identification and Price Guide

For people interested in toys, transformers, optimus prime

GreatWhiteSnark`s rating:
So this is really a guide for hard-core toy collectors who focus on G1 Transformers, but I think I'd get a kick out of it just for nostalgia's sake. It'd be fun to flip through it and go, "Oh, remember that one? Oh, remember that one?"

LEGO Star Destroyer

For people interested in star wars, legos, the empire, star destroyer, toys

GreatWhiteSnark`s rating:
Not to be mistaken for LEGO model #6211... the other "Imperial Star Destroyer".

No, *this* is the set you want to get. While the other LEGO Star Destroyer comes in at a length of 23", this one racks up 37" (!!!), making it the largest LEGO Star Wars ship produced to this point. An incredible amount of detail... as there should be with a set having over 3,000 pieces.
