I am a jewelry designer with a passion for beautiful, well-crafted jewelry and accessories. I both make and collect jewelry. My own work is one-of-a-kind, handcrafted gemstone jewelry (sold at http://personaltreasures.etsy.com), but I have very wide ranging taste, from modern to antique. In time for Valentine's Day - a one-of-a-kind handcrafted fine silver (99.9% silver) Heart Pendant Slide from jewelry artist Beth Alexander.

This piece has great texture and a sparkly 6mm Cubic Zirconia. Selected areas of the surface of the heart have been hand burnished to a high shine for emphasis.

The hidden slide bail on the back is also textured and will accept large diameter chains and omegas, leather or rubber cord or organza ribbon.

The pendant measures approximately 2" in length and 1-1/2 inches in width.

Parul Kuki Seth imagines modern day heirloom jewelry. Born in Pennsylvania, she has lived in India, Switzerland and England. After attending FIT and starting her own clothing collection, Kuki met her husband, Adhar Seth, whose family has been involved in the jewelry business. This lead Kuki to start her own jewelry collection in 2003. Out of her New York studio, she works with Artisans in India as well as New York.

A 'gothic' disc of oxidized silver is set with 2.7 karat of rose cut diamonds and added to an 18 karat rose gold bracelet.
