OK, so I knew NOTHING about tantra when I was asked to write the erotica for this book. Turns out that tantra isn't just about sex (and the 6-hour orgasms of Sting legend), but about forging a deeper connection with your partner. Besides, even Sting admitted that his 6 hours of sex included dinner, a movie, and a few hours of begging. Anyway, this book mixes tantra instruction (by David Ramsdale) with erotic stories illustrating the concepts David talks about (by me).

My assignment: Come up with a sex tip a day for an entire year. I actually had a lot of fun doing the research for--I mean, writing this book. Lots of ideas for spicing up your sex life. Sure, I'm biased, but I think this would make a good gift for a bachelorette party or Christmas (if you have a "prviate" gift exchange, that is). My publisher re-issued it in paperback as "Mind-Blowing Orgasms Every Day."

A great read from the folks that brought us Nerve.com. The writing is, as the Amazon review says, "hip, fun and clever." My only complaint is that all the models in the pictures--while representing enough diversity to rival a Benetton ad--look like anorexic twentysomethings.

So is it tacky to Loot your own book? I'm doing it anyway. My husband and I did an online survey of about 300 men, asking them about their sexual preferences. The results were surprising. For instance, more than half the men we surveyed admitted to faking orgasms. Oh, and guess what body part men find the sexiest? Hint: It's not her breasts. We had a lot of fun writing this book and hope you'll have fun reading it.
